1. Ensuring enough rest and sleep
Don’t take nap time for granted. Getting enough rest helps a child’s body recover from too much playing or studying. 4. Encouraging movement and proper exercise

7. Minimizing stress
Children get stressed too, especially with the challenges of keeping up with distance learning and the impact of the extended lockdown on their mental health. Stress can weaken a person’s immune system so always keep an eye on your child. Always be there to support them and ask them how they are. Encourage them to open up about things that make them anxious and provide comforting words.
