Mechanics
Here’s how:
- Promo period is from May 14-31. Customers are entitled to 1 raffle entry for a minimum purchase of P1,000 on the edamama app and in edamama physical stores.
- Customers may create multiple transactions per day, online and offline, to gain more raffle entries.
- There will be 10 lucky winners in total.
- Cut-off for ordering to join the raffle will be on May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM.
Draws will be held within 14 days from the last promo date to ensure delivery of orders and that no canceled orders will be part of the raffle entries.
- All raffle winners will be drawn via electronic raffle on June 14, at 3:00pm via Google Meets virtual call supervised by an edamama representative and a DTI Representative.
- Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by edamama.
- Raffle prizes can be transferable but not convertible to cash or vice-versa.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and or SMS. Winner’s names will also be posted on edamama's Instagram and Facebook pages.
- A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
- Prizes will be delivered directly to the winner's registered address free of charge.
- The winner must take a photo or video of the prizes received; post it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok; and tag edamama.
- All MotherNurture Inc. Employees , Ad agencies, affiliates, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
Disqualification clause:
MotherNurture Inc reserves the right to refuse awarding of raffle entries that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent transactions WITH CONCURRENCE OF DTI.
