The Cha Soba (200g) is a thin Japanese noodles made from wheat flour, green tea (Cha) powder, and buckwheat flour. Packed in a light-proof foil packaging, ensure it is stored securely and avoid exposing to oxygen or light to protect the tea's nutritional value. Plus, storing securely allows the green tea flavor to maintain its freshness. The Cha Soba is 98% fat free. Note that the green tea flavor does not suit some dishes, mama.

 

The Somen (270g) is a vermicelli-like, easy to cook Japanese noodles-- the thinnest of all Japanese noodles! Made from hard organic wheat, it provides a different texture and bite. This 98% fat-free noodles is Kosher- and halal-certified.

 

The Soba (270g) is a thin Japanese noodles you can serve with hot or chilled soup broths, or served as is with various toppings, a dipping sauce, wasabi, and scallions. Made of wheat and buckwheat flour, soba has shades of brown to grey. It can also be used for stir fries and salads! This 98% fat-free noodles is Kosher- and halal-certified.

 

The Udon (270g) is Japanese noodle made from wheat flour, water, and salt. WIth its round, square or flat shape with a texture perfect for hearty dishes, you can add this noodles in hearty dishes, soups and stir-fry. It can also be served cold! This 98% fat-free noodles is Kosher- and halal-certified.

 

The Yakisoba (270g) is a Japanese stir-fry classic containing mineral salt for a pleasant chewy texture. Using Chinese-style noodles instead of buckwheat (soba), it's perfect with the sweet/sour sauce providing the savory and umami flavor! 98% fat free!
