We offer a 6-month warranty policy for regular items, and 12-months warranty for the Platinum Series. which covers any defects or malfunctions in the product that occur within the first 6 months of purchase.

We will either repair or replace the product, depending on the nature of the issue. Please note that receipt is required to claim the warranty.
