When your baby is ready for solid foods, CERELAC® is here to help. CERELAC® is a nutrient-rich food made with your child's small tummy in mind. It contains half of the daily iron needed in one serving and has no artificial colors or preservatives. CERELAC® also provides good sources of iron, zinc, vitamins A, C, and B1, omega-3 fatty acids, and iodine. CERELAC® is intended for spoon-feeding only. Unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional, one or two bowls of CERELAC® should be given per day depending on the age of the child.  From 6 months onwards, in addition to breast milk and cereals, it is also appropriate to give your child other complementary foods like meat fish vegetables, etc.
